We continue to use our work horse, a 1968 100 kilo Probat roaster. Simple mechanics, timeless, reliable and consistent. We have been roasting with her for 47 years and know her workings inside out. To help we have a 30 kilo roaster, used for small batch speciality coffees and a 2 kilo for profiling any new coffees; roasting and adapting until we get exactly what we are looking for from each bean. Finally, we have a new addition a 150 kilo Probat roaster completely dismantled and now almost completely refurbished, ready for our expanding private label customers.
