Daniel Galmiche
Appointed as Chef-Manager of Harveys in Bristol in July 1996. Daniel Galmiche retained a Michelin Star, for seven years in succession. With 20 years? experience gained from working in many top-quality restaurants in France, London, Sweden, Scotland, Singapore and Portugal, including work at Le Gavroche with Michel Roux and an award in 1989 for Master Chef of the Year for Scotland.

In the summer of 2003 Daniel moved to L'ortolan in Reading.

Daniel approached Wogan Coffee, to produce a new range of coffees specifically for the restaurant. The selection we arrived at was based on the balance of acidity, texture, smoothness and bitterness from a blend of different coffee beans. Time is intended as a relaxing way of rounding off the meal-as the name suggests, it is about taking time to unwind.
