Robert Clayton was awarded his Michelin star for his achievements at Hunstrete House and the Bath Priory Hotel. We have created a 227 g retail pack of Espresso beans with Roberts input. His preference is for 100% Arabica and likes his espresso to be clean, aromatic and slightly winey.

Robert is now the Executive Chef for Merchant Inns plc, creating exciting menu's for his restaurants.
