Different espresso coffees.

Espresso (eh-ss-preh-so)

Small, strong served black. The classic espresso is made from the freshest coffees, indicated by the ‘crema’ on top.

Ristretto (riss-tret-oh)

The perfect kick start, very short and strong, using the same amount of coffee as an espresso but less water pushed through it.

Caffe latte (lah-teh)

A mild refreshing coffee, an espresso with steamed milk and just a touch of froth on top.

Macchiato (ma-kee-ah-toh)

A spot of frothed milk disguises the underlying intensity of the espresso below.

Cappuccino (cap-pooh-chee-no)

Real espresso with equal amounts of steamed and frothed milk topped with a sprinkling of chocolate or cinnamon.

Espresso con panna (eh-ss-preh-so con pan-ah)

Espresso topped with whipped cream. Decadent.
