Service Information.

All of our fully trained service engineers have
one aim – to ensure that our customers machines are kept in good working order, so that the very best is achieved from our coffees.

Caterers often have an affection for their espresso machine, it may be a Marzocco, Gaggia, Cimbali, Bezzera, San Marco, Spaziale, Rancilio, Faema, whatever the make they know them well and understand how they perform best. We service a range of machines some as old as 20 years, which are now after a thorough service, perfectly capable of many years service and still make great coffee! There are of course some machines which are not worthy of repair.

Espresso machines should be serviced at least once a year to ensure maximum efficiency and we are happy to lend you a replacement machine (given prior notice) while yours is being serviced, if it cannot be serviced on site.
