all the flavour, but forget the Caffeine. Swiss Water Decaf’s.
Costa Rican in origin, soft cup with full aroma. We have taken this coffee just beyond a
traditional medium roast.

Taken to a dark roast, this Indonesian coffee has a rich strong flavour and is wonderfully aromatic and smooth, with low acidity.
This coffee offers a nutty character combined with slight citrus fruit overtones, medium in body, and such a distinctive aroma.
Generally considered to be Africa’s finest, only one bean per cherry whereas most coffees have two. Sweet acidity with a slight nutty edge.
Large beans producing a mild cup, with little acidity. Delicate in body, an excellent morning coffee.
From Ethiopia believed to be the home of coffee, this has a gamey wild character, and an equally interesting aroma.
From various regions of India. Clean, soft, good body and aroma with fair acidity.
A very individual coffee. Saturated by the monsoon rains and cooled by monsoon winds, giving this coffee a larger than average bean. Soft, mellow, smooth bodied character.
A blend of dark and light roasts from Papua New Guinea, giving a vibrant fruity flavour with spicy undertones.
